The Brooks Avenue Church of Christ uses the SimpleChurchCRM church management Program and mobile device APP for member information and communication.

Members can access the Church Directory, Calendar, and a list of groups they are in. Many groups (like Journey or Ministry Groups) are set-up to display a list of fellow members to facilitate communication. Members can access their personal electronic contribution history [restricted from others] from the Giving tab and their Profile (e.g. personal info and password change).

Group Leaders can access and send messages to others in their Group.

Those with permission can create forms and workflows to process them. FORMS can have you register for classes/events, join GROUPS, update personal info, record attendance and request info. Those with permission can access attendance, create interactions to record contact information and enter notes to better support shepherding and outreach.
